Does someone here look guilty? I love doing family pictures, and this family was no exception! We had a lot of laughs during our session, but none were quit like this one!

Brenda's Photo Challenge : Hemodialysis

When I first saw the idea of a photo essay contest on Brenda's Photo Challenge site, I honestly didn't think it was something I could do. I'm not really sure why I thought that. The next morning I am at work looking around and thought "there it is". So here is the result. I work in Hemodialysis. This is what I do.

Days 71 and 72

Day 72 - A closer look at a Central Venous Catheter used for Hemodialysis. I took both of these pictures to be part of a photo essay that I am doing.
Day 71 - This is an arterialized vein (fistula) used for hemodialysis. Those are 16g needles, but they are the small ones!
